Being from out of state and new to the area, we were very nervous about buying a house before living in Montgomery for a period of time. Emily paid attention to every detail. For example, when we walked into a home, she listened to what we liked and didn't like, and it's as if she took really detailed mental notes, because by the end of the day, she knew whether or not we would like a property. She took her holiday weekend to make sure we found the right house before we got back on our flight to head back home. And, because of her dedication, we found a home, put in an offer, and it was accepted by the time we got back to CA. It really was such a blessing.

Plenty of open houses held. Inspectors should have a better knowledge of local codes and not reiterate personal concerns without proper knowledge to potential buyers!

The fact that Emily lives in Woodforest was huge. We tried another agent for over a year, who was not committed to this community. We signed on with Emily during the worst time of year (fall & winter), but the photos she commissioned, and the online campaign, brought in a very good stream of traffic for the "slow" time of year, leading to a good negotiation and acceptable deal in February!
